NC Green Business Fund Review Process:


The NC Green Business Fund review proposal review process consists of six stages (see Figure below). In Stage 1 the Grant Administrator reviews applications to ensure that they are complete, meet the eligibility criteria, and address a priority area. In Stage 2 the Executive Director examines applications with the same criteria. In stage 3, the Advisory Board reviews applications based on the criteria for the current solicitation. In stage 4, assuming the application is approved for an award, the NCBST prepares a Grant Agreement Package and sends it to the company. In stage 5, the company completes the Grant Agreement Package and returns it to the NCBST. In stage 6, assuming the Grant Agreement Package is complete and in compliance, grant funds are disbursed to the company.
